Enjoy all the facilities that the hotel has to offer, with the comforts and privacy of your own home. Each bright and spacious 2-storey house has been designed to deliver furnishings of casual elegance, enduring quality, comfort and style.

Features include a bright, spacious open plan cherry wood kitchen and dining area. French doors open out onto a private garden and patio with a gas barbecue and picnic table.

Holiday home guests will enjoy full use of the Kenmare Bay Hotel facilities as of March 2007. Golfing is on offer at 2 of Ireland’s premier courses that overlook Kenmare Bay. You can also enjoy walks in the nearby Glen Inchaquin Park and gardens.

Houses can sleep up to 7 people, with all bed linen and towels supplied. Electricity is charged extra, payable on departure.

One house is wheelchair accessible and has 4 bedrooms which can sleep up to 9 people.

Kenmare Bay Holiday Homes offer master en suite double and twin rooms and single rooms with separate bathrooms. The kitchen/dining room is equipped with common facilities and the separate living room has a fold out sofa couch as well as an open fire place and all common facilities.

- Follow the N22 motorway west for Killarney.
- Exit onto the R569 for Morley's Bridge.
- Continue along motorway for Kenmare.

From Limerick:
- Follow the N20 south then exit onto the N21 for Killarney.
- Continue onto the N71 for Kenmare.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
