The Spyglass Restaurant is a stylish dining and gathering destination. Created from the experience and talent of nightclub owner David Baxley and artistic designer Sally Bennett, a dynamic husband and wife team from New York City, Spyglass offers numerous sights, sounds, tastes and an energy which the duo wanted to bring to their new hometown of Westport.

The New American bistro menu features the flavors and ingredients from around the country and around the world. Serving dinner seven days a week beginning at 5:00 pm.

The stately homes along the shores of Southport, Westport and Fairfield make a historical and awe-inspiring sightseeing tour as well.
